氣體中的雜質(zhì)，例如烴類，水分，氧氣可以污染傳輸線和儀器，導致色譜柱性能下降并且影響分析結(jié)果的準確性，這可能導致儀器停機。即使使用高純氣體，壓力調(diào)節(jié)器或者其它部分的管路依然可以帶入污染物，因此外加氣體過濾器是非常必要的。
確保高純度的氣體
島津的超凈過濾器可以去除雜質(zhì)（烴類，水分，氧氣）并且保證出口99.9999%的純氣。高純度和無污染的氣體減少了色譜柱的劣化，防止鬼峰和基線波動，消除了過多的檢測器噪音，并保持儀器良好的工作性能。
塑料本體有助于檢查指示劑和更換濾芯。然而，它也可能使污染物擴散到儀器并可導致氦氣泄漏。為了解決這個問題，島津超凈氣體過濾器設計成外面包裹塑料，吸附劑填充在玻璃管內(nèi)，由此防止擴散。
